BALTIMORE SCHOOL OF LOCKSMITHING

What Makes Our Shool Different?

Probably the biggest thing is we don’t charge you anything. Yes, you read that correctly. The Locksmith Industry is in dire need of technicians. Due to the fast pace of our business we quit teaching from within years ago. Instead we chose to hire supposedly the best technicians from other companies, only to find that their best didn’t measure up to our industry standards or those of our founder Robert Easter who started our company. So we’ve rethought our process and decided to make the following offer.

How Does It Work?

We would be willing to bring in the right individual or individuals and teach them our trade with the following stipulations:
First, we’re going to know in 1 to 2 weeks if you’re the right type of person for the trade. At which time if you’re not, we will thank you for your time and wish you the best in your future endeavor’s.

If we think you have what it takes, your Instruction will continue at no charge to you except for any personal tools you might want to purchase (which will be at our wholesale cost, unlike other schools).

At the end of your first 30 day period you will receive a review. We’re going to let you know exactly where we think you are in the process and discuss with you your abilities, techniques, and your future instruction.

In the next 30 days following we will review the way you apply yourself and your skills will determine as to your future with the company. If after your first 60 days you’ve exceeded our expectations you will then be either offered a paid position within the company or allowed to continue your education for 30 more days at no cost.

At the end of next 30 days (60 days total) you again will either be offered a contractural position with the company or your free instruction will be terminated.

Fair enough? We think so.
