LKM10K Push/Pull Handle Exit Pedestrian Door Lock

The LKM10K Lock Series was designed to provide security in depth, while always providing single motion egress. These devices are compatible with any security combination lock meeting FF-L-2740B, as well as a variety of access control devices. The combination lock represents the first level of security. The access control device represents the second level of security. Both the Push/ Pull Handle and Panic Bar Model include a Key Override Function, which if utilized can negate the access control device in the event of a power failure or malfunction. In the Push/Pull Model, one simple push or pull of the ADA and UFSA Compliant handle allows exit. One hand guarantees a safe and easy exit in emergency situations.

LKM10K Panic Bar Exit Pedestrian Door Lock

The perfect device for unlocking a door during emergency conditions. This panic bar mechanism consists of a spring-loaded metal bar fixed horizontally to the inside of an outward-opening door. When the bar is pushed or depressed, it activates the mechanism which unlatches the door allowing occupants to quickly exit the area in a panic situation.

LKM10K Exit Only Models

Available in both Push/Pull Handle Exit and Panic Bar Exit, the LKM10K Series Exit Models are designed to control the flow of traffic into rooms with multiple entrances, while providing single motion egress. The exterior trim is a simple stainless steel plate that is not an FF-L-2890B approved lock, however it is U.L. Fire Rated 90- Minutes and has been approved for Government use.
